There is another type of drive for PS4 with Board number KEM-860A. Please make sure your drive matches before purchasing. Also, make sure to swap out the Logic/ PCB board on the drive with your old drive's Logic/ PCB board. Each board is configured to the specific PS4 motherboard.
Laser lenses are tested before shipping, and are such non- returnable. It is recommended that we do the installation of the lens as the procedure require technical expertise.
