Delta 5 offers a 7 day warranty on parts and spares ordered. If you need help with a warranty please send us an email. All items are tested and marked before being shipped. If this mark is removed for any reason, the warranty will be voided. We do not offer refunds on defective items, only exchanges or store credit.
All other items carry supplier warranties.
Our warranty does NOT cover;
Incorrect installation/damage incurred when fitting parts
Power Surges
Physical Damage/Incorrect Usage
Power Supplies older than 21 days
Any Ports/SMCs/Clips Etc that have been soldered
If a warranty Claim is needed the item will need to be returned at the customers cost. If the warranty is approved, a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
Repairs enacted by Delta 5 carry a 3 month warranty. If it is found the repair performed previously is the cause of the problem, it will be fixed and returned at no charge. If the repair is determined to not be related the previous repair, normal costs will apply
Shipping
All shipping is done via The Courier Guy, and Delta 5 takes no responsibility for damages that are accrued in transport. Orders will be safely packed before items are sent. Please ensure that any returns or repairs are adequately protected.

We make use of a 3rd party shipping service, as such any delays are beyond our control. Please ensure there is someone who is able to receive your items.
