• Are your parts new or used? – A mix of both, while we try to source only new parts, some of the older consoles we need to pull parts to do repairs. We are always transparent about which parts are used.
• How long does order packing/shipping take? – Usually around 2 – 3 days, depending on what time the order was placed and whereabouts in the country you are located.
• How long do repairs take? – Initial assessment is done 1 – 3 days after the unit is booked in, quotes on full repair make take longer depending on the nature of the problem. We always try to make it as quick as possible.
• I don’t see something I’m looking for, can you help? – Certainly, drop us an email and we will do our best to source the item you need.
• I only see console parts, do you also sell PC parts? – We do, however we don’t list them on the website. If you require a custom build or individual parts please send us an email.
• What items do you repair? – We repair all types of game consoles, as well as laptops and desktop PCs. Laptops and consoles can be shipped via our FRR service, desktop PCs will have to be brought in.
• Do you sell mods/hacks/chips – Unfortunately at this point we don’t offer this service.
