Welcome to our Fetch/Repair/Return Service (FRR) This service aims to make repairing your console with us simple from anywhere within South Africa.

How It Works:

Complete the forms on the following pages and define what the issue is with your device, collection will be arranged and it will be sent to us for assessment. Once we have diagnosed your issue we will contact you with a price.

Diagnostics and Payment:

There is a diagnostics, and a shipping fee that is payable up front before collection of the device. The shipping is non-refundable and covers courier to our store. The Diagnostics is deducted from the total repair if the repair is accepted. If the repair is rejected, it is kept to cover the testing process.

Payment is done through Payfast on our website once the forms have been completed.

Please note that the shipping fee paid up-front is ONE-WAY and additional shipping costs are calculated once the repair is complete. Collection from our store can also be arranged.
