Making use of the FRR system is totally at the clients own risk. Delta 5 accepts no responsibility for damages incurred during shipping to or from clients making use of this service. I understand that delicate items are being shipping, and agree that I have taken reasonable measures to ensure that the device is packed safely and securely.
I agree that the initial fee covers only courier to Delta 5 (located 413 Braam Pretorius Street, Magalieskruin, Pretoria, 0150), as well as initial assessment of the console. I also agree that upon accepting the quote given to me by Delta 5, the diagnostics fee will be deducted from the total repair costs, and upon rejecting the quote it is kept for assessment.
Repairs that are not accepted or collected within 3 months of initial quotation are treated as abandoned, and will be sold or stripped to defray costs.
All repairs have a warranty sticker applied, which constitutes a 3 month warranty on repairs done by Delta 5. Repairs claimed under warranty will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Warranty is considered void in the following scenarios;
• The Warranty Sticker is Voided
• The Repair is Older than Three (3) Months
• The Console has been Physically Damaged
• The Console has been Damaged by a Power Surge
Repairs that do not fall under warranty incur normal costs.

This service is only offered within the borders of South Africa, and not within any other countries at this time.
